On November 16, 2022, Popular, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2022.
