(Reuters) - German sportscar maker Porsche said on Tuesday that global vehicle deliveries were down 7% in the first half of the year compared to the same period in 2023, citing a challenging global market environment and a tense economic situation in China.
Global deliveries stood at 155,945 cars worldwide for the first six months of the year, Porsche said, with deliveries down 33% and 6% year-on-year in China and North America, respectively.
In Germany, Porsche's home market, deliveries rose by 22% to 20,811 vehicles.
