The Company’s portfolio consists of six diverse platforms, with programs including invariant natural killer T cell (iNKT) agonists, which includes PORT-2 and PORT-3, therapies that activate the innate and adaptive immune system. The Company’s portfolio also includes small molecule adenosine inhibitors, such as PORT-6, PORT-7, PORT-8 and PORT-9, which represent of targeting the adenosine pathway. Within these six platforms, the Company has 14 products in development with multiple clinical readouts.
