Petsupermarket Comércio de Produtos Para Animais S.A. acquired Health for Pet from Porto Seguro S.A. (BOVESPA:PSSA3) on April 19, 2021. After this transaction, Porto Seguro will hold a 13.5% interest in Petlove. The agreement is subject to approval by the administrative council for economic defense (CADE). Randy Bullard, Luiz Lago, Anthony Ramirez, Chris Lyon and Anthony Carbone of Morrison & Foerster LLP acted as a legal advisor to Petsupermarket Comércio de Produtos Para Animais S.A..
