NOTICE TO THE MARKET

PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto Seguro") (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with CVM Resolution 44/2021 and current legislation, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, has signed an agreement to acquire a stake of 74.6% of Atar S.A. ("Atar"), through its Porto Ventures Equity Investment Fund ("FIP Porto Ventures").

Atar, trade name of Atar SA, is a fintech that develops Banking as a Service (BaaS) and banking infrastructure solutions for companies, and will become part of the Porto Seguro ecosystem, reinforcing its strategy of accelerating the transformation to the digital market.

The acquisition aims to consolidate the company's participation in the financial services segment, with the acquisition of a payment institution capable of developing digital solutions in an agile, efficient and scalable manner, including the digital account.

Currently, Porto Seguro already offers a wide range of financial services to its clients, such as credit cards, vehicle financing, loans, consortium, investment management and private pension, is now complementing its portfolio with a digital account designed to serve to the needs of clients.

Atar will continue as an independent company, serving its customers and aiming for growth in the BaaS market and banking infrastructure. Its headquarters will remain in Santa Catarina and some partners will remain in operation.

The negotiation has already been concluded and Porto Seguro will also contribute with additional capital to fund the development of new services and the expansion of Atar's payment solutions platform.
