NOTICE TO THE MARKET
PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto Seguro") (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with CVM Resolution 44/2021 and legislation in force, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general the acquisition of 100% interest in Nido Tecnologia LTDA. ("Nido"), through its indirect subsidiary, Olho Mágico Soluções Imobiliárias Ltda. ("Olho Mágico").
Nido has been working for more than 20 years in the development of technological solutions (software) for the real estate industry, and its acquisition aims to strengthen Olho Mágico's ecosystem of tools, strengthening the relationship between real estate companies and clients, and more and more business origination.
Olho Mágico is a real estate listing platform for rent, created to simplify and transform the leasing process, making it 100% digital, simple, agile and secure, with Porto Seguro's real estate partners being the center of its strategy.
Nido will continue to be managed autonomously and independently.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of precedent conditions.
