("Porto Seguro") (B3: PSSA3), in addition to the Notice to the Market released on April 13th, 2022, hereby informs that, in view of the fulfillment of the applicable precedent conditions and the effective closing of the transaction, its indirect subsidiary OM Soluções Imobiliárias LTDA. ("Olho Mágico") concluded the acquisition, on this date, of 100% interest in Nido Informática LTDA.
