However, the Company can apply for an extension of the grace period in accordance with Article 18 (6) of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. - The above decision (confirmation) date is the date of receipt of the official notice of the review result on the holding company conversion report from the Fair Trade Commission, and the conversion base date is March 2, 2022.
