Posco Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Winsteel Co. from POSCO Holdings Inc. (KOSE:A005490) for KRW 8.1 billion on November 18, 2022. Under the terms, Posco will acquire 342,577 shares at KRW 23,523 per share.

In related transactions, Posco acquires stake in 57 other companies. The transaction is resolved by the board of Posco and expected to complete in December 2022.
