POSCO Holdings Inc. (KOSE:A005490) agreed to acquire Domestic Steel scrap business sector of Posco International Corporation from Posco International Corporation (KOSE:A047050) for KRW 0.02 million on April 22, 2025. A cash consideration of KRW 0.02 million will be paid by POSCO Holdings Inc. As part of consideration, KRW 0.02 million is paid towards business division of Domestic Steel scrap business sector of Posco International Corporation.
The expected completion of the transaction is May 16, 2025.
