Poseidon Nickel (ASX: POS) ('Poseidon', 'the Company') announced on 30 August 2021 the results of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) which closed at 5.00pm (Perth time) on Wednesday, 25 August 2021.

Within that announcement the Company advised the SPP had been heavily oversubscribed and as a consequence, the Company conducted a scale-back of applications.

This announcement also advised that excess funds as a result of the scale-back, overpayments and any application funds received after the closing (5.00pm, Perth time, Wednesday 25 August 2021) would be returned to applicants without interest, in accordance with the SPP booklet and would be processed by the Company's registry as soon as possible.

The Company's registry, Automic Pty Ltd, has advised the Company that for applicants with their bank details registered with Automic, refunds were processed to them on 2 September 2021. The Company encourages all applicants to update their bank account details with Automic to enable refunds to be processed.
