NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Positivo Tecnologia is now part of the Ibovespa Index

The Company's entry into the most important B3 index reflects the expansion and diversification of the business through its Growth Avenues and the strong results delivered in recent periods

POSITIVO TECNOLOGIA S.A. ("Company") (B3: POSI3), one of the largest developers and manufacturers of hardware-based technology in Brazil, is proud to communicate to the market that B3 announced that as of January 3, 2022, Positivo Tecnologia shares are included in the Ibovespa Index (IBOV), which represents the most traded shares on the Brazilian stock exchange (B3). B3 is one of the main financial market infrastructure companies in the world, operating in the stock exchange and over-the-counter environments.

In order for the Company to have its shares traded on the Index, criteria established by B3 must be considered, such as: maintaining its negotiability index at high levels, being among the assets regularly traded on B3, having a relevant financial volume and not being considered as penny stocks, that is, shares traded at values less than BRL 1.

It is also worth noting that Positivo's Investor Relations area was recently reformulated with the aim of increasing communication with the market, providing transparency in the information provided and in line with the best Corporate Governance practices, thus favoring greater interaction between analysts and investors.

In order to remain in the index, which is renewed every four months (January, May and September), Positivo Tecnologia shares (POSI3) must maintain high liquidity and negotiability levels. To this end, the Company continues with its strategy of diversifying quality products and services, maintaining its path of sustainable growth, seeking to generate more and more value for its shareholders, investors and other stakeholders.

B3 also announced that Positivo Tecnologia is now part of the IGPTW B3, a new indicator that complements the family of indexes focused on ESG. According to B3, the index aims to be the average performance indicator of the quotations of companies certified by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) listed on the Stock Exchange and will incorporate companies committed to a constant process of cultural transformation and environmental improvement of work, in which the relationships

between people and the development of employees are at the center of the debates, generating a positive impact for the business.

In line with the best Corporate Governance practices, these achievements reinforce the Company's commitment to transparency in communication and relationship with the market.
