 of Yue Yuen, and Yue Yuen held 62.19% ownership of Pou Sheng. Hence,
 PCC via Yue Yuen indirectly held 31.79% ownership of Pou Sheng.

 PCC's subsidiaries Yue Yuen and Pou Sheng announces their unaudited
 monthly sales for November 2021.
