On 27th Jan.2014, SINOHYDRO Corporation Ltd. launched officially its Compliance Programme, with an Announcement being released, to reinforce and establish even higher standards for behaviors in ethical, social and environmental practices. 

In the Programme, SINOHYDRO, continuing its focus on people and harmony, admits to take compliance with all laws and regulations, to maintain all the internal and external relations, and to conduct the business honestly, fairly, responsibly, by consolidating its core values of Responsiveness, Integrity, Innovation, Worksite Excellence, and Social Responsibility.

The Statement of Ethical Principles, as the core of SINOHYDRO's Compliance Programme, sets out the key principles and values, which is supported by more specific sets of policies, procedures, and forms, such as: The Anti-Bribery Policy and Guide, The Representative Due Diligence Guide, The Gifts and Hospitalities Policy, and The Procurement Policy, for better understanding and proper implementation.

The Compliance Department, with its members from the Audit Department, is formed to ensure all these applicable laws to be complied with. An Executive Vice President has been assigned to take charge of the department supervision and programme implementation.
