Dear Sir,

This has reference to your email dated 14th November, 2022, wherein we were required to submit some information pertaining to the announcement submitted on 7th July, 2022 about General Updates. We would like to submit that we had filed the aforesaid information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the information pertains to the ordinary course of business of the company. Further, the details required are submitted below:

				Transmission Network Expansion in Gujrat to
				increase ATC from ISTS: Part C
				-	400 kV Banaskantha - Sankhari 2nd D/c line along
					with bays;
				- Provision of 765/400 kV, 1500 MVA ICT at
					Banaskantha S/s along with bays.
				3)	Mode of Financing: The project will be funded
						through Debt : Equity ratio of 70:30, with debt
						from domestic borrowings/ bonds / external
						commercial borrowings (ECBs),etc and equity

3	Western Region Expansion Scheme	1) Rationale: To feed	demand of power in the
	XXVI	vicinity of Pune area (Ranjangaon/Khed City)
		2) Existing Capacity	& Utilization:	Scheme
		involves Creation of 220kV level (GIS) at
		765/400kV Shikrapur (PGCIL) (GIS) Substation
		with 2x500MVA, 400/220kV ICTs and 4 nos. of
		220kV		line	bays.
		The above ICTs & line bays shall be utilised by
		MSETCL through LILO of both circuits of 220kV
		Khed City - Ranjangaon D/c line at
		765/400/220kV Pune GIS (Shikrapur) S/s
		(expected by Jun'24)
		3) Mode of Financing: The project will be funded
		through Debt : Equity ratio of 70:30, with debt
		from domestic borrowings/ bonds / external
		commercial borrowings (ECBs),etc and equity
		component	from	POWERGRID's	Internal
		Resources (IR).
