Power Grid Corporation of India Limited Announces Raise of Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable Issue Upto INR 50,000 Million on Private Placement Basis

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited announced that the `Committee of Directors for Bonds' in their meeting held on 22nd October, 2024 has approved the raising of Bonds as Unsecured, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable, POWERGRID Bonds - LXXIX (79th) Issue upto INR 50,000 Million on Private Placement basis. Bonds are redeemable at par at the end of 10th year and interest payment on yearly basis. Coupon/interest offered, schedule of payment of coupon/interest and principal: To be decided after bidding at Electronic Book Provider (EBP) Platform.
