Power Grid Corporation of India Limited announced that at its board meeting held on 6 November 2024, approved the payment of first interim dividend of INR 4.50 per equity share of INR 10 each (at 45% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the financial year 2024-2025. First interim dividend will be paid to the Members on 4 December 2024. Further, as intimated earlier, the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend shall be 14 November 2024.
