Power Grid Corporation of India Limited in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, (SEBI LODR), this is to inform that the Committee of Directors for Bonds' in their meeting held i.e. on 18 December, 2024, has approved the raising of Bonds as Unsecured, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable, POWERGRID Bonds - LXXX (80th) Issue upto INR 42,500 million on Private Placement basis. Size of the issue: Powergrid Bonds - Lxxx (80Th) Issue 2024-25; Base Issue Size: INR 10,000 million; Green Shoe Option: INR 32,500 million; Total Issue Size: INR 42,500 million. Tenure of the instrument - Date of allotment and date of maturity: Bonds are redeemable at par at the end of 10th year and interest payment on yearly basis.
