Powertech Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 879.453 million compared to TWD 686.758 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 13.060 million compared to operating Income of TWD 38.360 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 12.725 million compared to net income of TWD 48.407 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.13 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.5 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.13 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.54 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,512.574 million compared to TWD 999.356 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 68.408 million compared to TWD 16.902 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 47.322 million compared to net income of TWD 60,000 a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.49. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.49 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.1 a year ago.
