The Management Board of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna ("PZU SA", "Company") hereby reports that on 7 June 2021 at 5:02 p.m. the Company received the resignation submitted by Mr. Marcin Eckert from serving in the capacity of a Management Board Member of PZU SA, effective as of the time of its submission to the Company.

In accordance with Article 369 § 5 of the Commercial Company Code, Mr. Marcin Eckert's mandate expires as a result of tendering his resignation.

The tendered resignation does not give any reasons.
