POYA International Co., Ltd. announced that name of the functional committees: Audit Committee. Name and resume of the previous position holder: Lin Tsai-Yuan, Liu Zhi-Hong, Zhong Jun-Rong. Name and resume of the new position holder: Lee Ming-Hsien, Liu Zhi-Hong and Wu Lin-I. Effective from June 23, 2020.
