POYA International Co., Ltd. announced cash dividends of TWD 1,670,414,030 (TWD 17,100 per 1,000 shares). Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date is April 10, 2020. The distribution date for cash dividends is June 12, 2020.
Poya International Co Ltd is principally engaged in the operation of retail stores of cosmetics, fashion underwear, daily necessities and personal products. The Company mainly operates through four service projects. Fashionable beauty and beauty care products mainly include domestic famous brand makeup care products counters, medical beauty counters and open-frame affordable care products. Daily necessities mainly include household necessities, daily necessities, shampoo and bathing necessities of daily life, as well as domestic and foreign professional hardware, tools, water accessories and other repair products.
