Poyry : Kaisa Vähänen appointed as President of Pöyry's Environment Business Unit

Kaisa Vähänen has been appointed as President of Pöyry's Environment Business Unit and as member of the management team of Pöyry's Infra, Water and Environment, Northern Europe business group. Vähänen was appointed as acting director of Environment Business Unit in June 2018. For the time being, she also continues as Head of Environmental Studies.

In Pöyry Environment, there are more than a hundred Nordic experts, specialising in forecasting, minimising and following environmental impacts. Our environmental research and assessments focus on air, water, soil, and communities. Our services are an integral part of all industry, energy and infra projects.

Kaisa Vähänen has more than 15 years of experience of environmental legislation, environmental regulations' impact on clients' operations, environmental impact assessments, permitting, water supply, groundwater protection, and environmental surveys. She has been working as the Head of Environmental Studies at Pöyry since 2017.
