PriceSmart : Announces New Warehouse Club Site in Nicaragua

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 22, 2015) - PriceSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSMT) today announced that on April 17, 2015, it acquired approximately 288,580 usable square feet (26,669 usable square meters) of land in Managua, Nicaragua, upon which the Company plans to construct a new warehouse club. This new club is currently planned to open in late 2015. This additional club will be the second PriceSmart warehouse club operating in Nicaragua.
