OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Collegno (Turin), April 20th 2020 - Prima Industrie informs that the lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors, submitted by shareholders in accordance with applicable legislation, are available to the public on the company website www.primaindustrie.com - Investors section, on the authorized storage mechanism www.1info.it and at the company's registered office.

The documentation required by current legislation and by the company's bylaws is also available to the public together with the lists.
