REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Collegno (TO), November 29th 2018 - Prima Industrie S.p.A. announces that during the period between November 26th and November 28th 2018 the Company purchased 1,950 treasury shares for a total amount of 39,704.00 euro, as part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 20, 2018.
