SUSPENSION OF THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES PROGRAM

Collegno (TO), December 17th 2018 - Prima Industrie S.p.A. announces the suspension of the purchase of treasury shares program, carried out according to the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 20, 2018.

The Company has in fact reached a number of shares equal to 100,000 (0.95% of the share capital), part of which may be assigned free of charge to share-based incentive plans.

Prima Industrie reserves the right to re-start making purchases in execution of the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting authorization, whenever it should deem it appropriate and considering the maximum number of authorized shares and the period for which the purchase authorization has been granted.
