Etl Elektrotechnik, Managing Director Marc Lauter, will continue to lead the company together with his brother Jürgen Lauter. Boris Dürr, Daniela Szczesny, Christian Schild, Astrid Wellhöner, Peter M. Schäffler, Reinhard Siegert and Ruth Schneider of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek acted as legal advisors for Primepulse SE.
