Prism Johnson Limited Announces Resignation of Atul Desai as Executive Director, Effective from the Close of Business Hours on August 28, 2022

Prism Johnson Limited at its meeting held on August 3, 2022 announced that Mr. Atul Desai will retire as Executive Director on the expiry of his term with effect from the close of business hours on August 28, 2022. Mr. Atul Desai has also submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the said date.
