On September 1, 2023, National Legal and Policy Center filed an exempt solicitation statement soliciting proxies and urged the shareholders of The Procter & Gamble Company to vote for a shareholder proposal, requesting that, beginning in 2024, the Company report annually to shareholders on the nature and extent to which corporate operations depend on, and are vulnerable to, Communist China, which is a serial human rights violator and a geopolitical threat.
