On June 8, 2021, the following executives of The Procter & Gamble Company (the 'Company') announced their intention to retire:

Mary Lynn Ferguson-McHugh, currently Chief Executive Officer - Family Care and New Business, announced her intention to retire from the Company effective October 1, 2021, after more than 35 years of service.

Steven D. Bishop, currently Chief Executive Officer - Health Care, announced his intention to retire from the Company effective February 18, 2022, after more than 35 years of service.

The Company is filing this 8-K pursuant to Item 5.02(b), 'Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.'
