Prodways agreed to acquire the assets of Norge Systems in 2014. As a part of consideration, all of NORGE's property, plant and equipment was acquired for €0.3 million with potential earnout adjustments determined according to the achievement of operational milestones, valued in line with estimates and recognized under miscellaneous debts for €0.5 million.
Prodways completed the acquisition of the assets of Norge Systems for €0.8 million on February 5, 2015.

It is about an additive manufacturing process of creating physical objects by superimposing different layers of materials. Net sales (including intragroup) break down by activity as follows:
- design and manufacturing of 3D plastic and metal printed parts (51.9%);
- design, manufacture and distribution of 3D printers, related materials (resins and polymer powders), and 3D design software (48.1%).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (59.7%), Europe (32.6%), North America (4.1%) and other (3.6%).
