November 10
Please join us in celebration as The Boston Beer Company is honored for its work in providing its coworkers with comprehensive family building coverage at RESOLVE's annual Night of Hope Gala.
RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association, honors individuals and companies who have performed outstanding work for the infertility community via their "Hope Awards" live at the annual Night of Hope Gala. This year, the Night of Hope will be a free, virtual event.
The Boston Beer Company will be awarded the Hope Award for Access for their family building benefit administered through Progyny. In 2021, The Boston Beer Company recognized that the benefits they offered were competitive, but they could do more to support their coworkers. They needed to provide inclusive, comprehensive, and robust family building benefits to all of their coworkers - including the LGBTQ+ community and single parents by choice - and expanded the coverage for fertility treatment beyond the standard IVF and IUI through the medical plan to include tissue freezing, genetic testing, and ensuring all coworkers had a concierge service to navigate their fertility needs.
"We are so excited that Boston Beer Company has been recognized by RESOLVE for its commitment to supporting its workforce in their different paths to parenthood," said Lindsey Conon, Group Vice President of Account Management at Progyny. "For us at Progyny, it's always rewarding to see how companies recognize the need to support their employees in these critical moments and change their benefit policy to reflect this."
Boston Beer Company will be awarded alongside:
Jim Knowles, infertility advocate
Chris Herndon, reproductive endocrinologist at the University of Washington and part of Progyny's provider network
Infertilidad Latina, a podcast focused on the Latinx infertility experience
E-Beth Marshall, infertility advocate and leader of Creating Arizona Families
Linda Strano Burton, fertility and family coach
You can sign up to attend RESOLVE's Night of Hope Award Presentation for free here. The event will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021, at 8:00 pm Eastern Time.
