PropNex Limited has announced a proposed final tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 3.0 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. This dividend is subject to approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Share Transfer Books and Register of Members will be closed on 28 April 2025 at 5.00 p.m. to determine the entitlement of shareholders to the Final Dividend.
Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares as of 5.00 p.m. on 28 April 2025 will be entitled to the dividend. If approved, the dividend will be paid on 8 May 2025.
