Mfe-MediaforEuropa reportedly mandated UniCredit to lead a pool of banks for a €3.4 billion financing to be used in late 2025 in an Opa on ProSiebenSat1 aimed at delisting.

Il Messaggero writes this without citing sources and recalling that Mfe already has a 29.9 percent stake in the German group.

Reuters had written last April 15, citing a document, that the television group controlled by the Berlusconi family had held talks in previous months with several banks, including UniCredit itself, to finance a potential bid for the German broadcaster.
