Prospect Capital Corporation declared monthly cash dividend of $0.0600 per share for the month of May, June, July and August 2021. The dividends will be payable on June 17, 2021, July 22, 2021 and August 19, 2021 and September 23, 2021 with record dates of May 27, 2021, June 28, 2021 and July 28, 2021 and August 27, 2021 respectively.
