Food Delivery business delivers more aEBIT in Q1'25 than in entire 1H'24

Dear Partners,

I am thrilled to announce that Prosus's iFoodhas hit an amazing milestone of delivering more than 100 million orders in August. That is a more than 30% increase year-over-year driven by the strength of the iFood product and brand in Brazil, and the unwavering loyalty of our more than 60 million customers, 300,000 delivery partners and over 350,000 restaurant partners.

Our priority in Prosus is profitable growth. So it is a pleasure to highlight that at the same time that the business is growing fast, our profitability is also growing fast. iFood generated more aEBIT, previously known as trading profit, in Q1'25 than in the entire first half of last year.

I'd like to thank iFood's amazing team for their dedication. They have built the company from its humble beginnings to one of the most loved food delivery brands globally.
