Prosus NV Full Year Results - 27 June 2022

The Prosus Full Year Results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2022 will be released on Euronext Amsterdam, Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in the Netherlands' AFM Loket and on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange's stock exchange news service (SENS) at 07:50 Central European time (07:50 South African time, 01:50 US Eastern time and

06:50 UK time) on Monday, 27 June 2022.

On Monday 27 June, at 16:00 Central European time (16:00 South African time, 10:00 US Eastern time and 15:00 UK time) management will host a joint live conference call and webcast to present these results and the results of Naspers Limited.
