PROTECTOR FORSIKRING ASA With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 4 February, the Board of Directors ofProtector Forsikring ASA has in a meeting today3 March 2021 , decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to pay a dividend ofNOK 3,00 per share for the fiscal year 2020. Provided the AGM's approval, the share will be traded exclusive dividend as from9 April 2021 , and the dividend will be paid on or about19 April 2021 . The board prepares quarterly dividend assessments on the basis of the last approved annual accounts. Further, the Board ofProtector Forsikring ASA will propose for the AGM following Board Authorisations: o Authorisation to decide distribution of dividend on the basis of the annual accounts for 2020. o Renewed authorisation to purchase own shares up to 10 per cent of the total outstanding shares o Renewed authorisation to increase the share capital by up to 10% o Renewed authorisation to raise subordinated loans and other external financing by up toNOK 2.5 billion Finally, the Board ofProtector Forsikring ASA will propose for the AGM that 3,655,605 of the company's own shares are cancelled, reducing the share capital fromNOK 86,155,605 toNOK 82,500,000 . The AGM ofProtector Forsikring ASA will be held on Thursday8 April 2021 .
