2. Reason for the revision to the forecasted dividend

The Company that it is important business management issue to distribute profits to shareholders while strengthening the management base. So The Company's bacis policy is to distribute profits to shareholders by comprehensively considering the continuous and stable dividend payment and the enrichment of retained earnings, etc. for the future growth.

For the financial year ending March 31, 2022 based on the solid first quarter results (announced on July 30, 2021),and in order to further clarify our stance on returning profits to shareholders, we have increased our dividend forecast for the year ending March 31, 2022 by 5.00 yen from 12.50 yen to 17.50 yen for both the interim and final dividend. This brings the forecast annual dividend to 35.00 yen.
