Proton Motor HR Manager Barbara Gerhardinger: “Our company actively stands for sustainability.”

Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH is expanding its production of hydrogen fuel cells - and the company currently offers interesting vacancies (www.proton-motor.de/en/career/). At the start of the new training year, HR Manager Barbara Gerhardinger (see image) also introduced an innovation in training: the digital report booklet. It saves the previously necessary printouts of the certificates, "about two to three pages per trainee and week", says Gerhardinger.

For the company, the conversion to completely digital is not only a great benefit, but also consistent. "After all, our company's business model actively stands for sustainability", so the HR Manager. "This is also reflected even more strongly in training."
