Please be advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0013 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Group Limited which was held on February 12, 2025. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.20496 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record as at February 27, 2025, and will be paid on March 13, 2025.
