Global marketing and sales leader brings a tech-forward mindset to deliver industry-leading customer experiences and drive business growth

NEWARK, N.J., May 26, 2022 - Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced today that Stan Little will join the company as U.S. Business chief marketing officer, effective on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Little will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of the company's U.S. Insurance and Retirement businesses, leveraging customer, brand and digital capabilities to accelerate growth.

Little joins Prudential having held senior leadership positions for well-known technology and financial services organizations, including SunTrust Bank, Lucent Technologies, Movius Interactive and NCR Corporation. Most recently, Little brought his unique perspective to the nonprofit world, serving as the chief experience officer for United Way Worldwide.

Little will report to Susan Somersille Johnson, Prudential's chief marketing officer, and join Johnson's Prudential Marketing Senior Leadership Team. He will also be a member of the U.S. Insurance & Retirement Businesses Senior Leadership Team led by Caroline Feeney, CEO, U.S. Insurance & Retirement Businesses.

"He is a strategic leader who combines his unique sales and P&L background with creative thinking and a data-driven approach to marketing that will support the company's growth strategies."

In his new role, Little will drive marketing's partnership with sales to support the U.S. business distribution strategy, drive campaigns and initiatives, and help meet annual sales goals.

Little graduated with honors from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and received his Master of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in marketing from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, he serves on numerous boards that focus on education, equity and wellness, including Emory University Board of Visitors, Florida Southern College Board of Trustees, and Wellstar Health Systems North Fulton.
