The month of September is designated as Life Insurance Awareness Month by the nonprofit organization Life Happens to raise consumers' awareness of the critical role life insurance plays in an overall financial protection plan.

In a recent survey by LIMRA, nearly 42% of respondents say they are somewhat or not at all knowledgeable about life insurance, with 106 million adults reporting a need for life insurance, or more of it. To make it easier to purchase, Prudential has introduced an automated service that can quote a policy online within minutes, making life insurance more accessible than ever.
To inform more people about the benefits of life insurance, Prudential is partnering with Aliche, founder of the popular finance education company The Budgetnista, on a free webinar about life insurance and its fundamental role in financial protection.
