Pursuant to PPC's buy-back program approved / extended by its Board on November 27, 2020, PPC purchased from the open market today, March 15, 2022, a total of 33,100 common shares amounting to Php 178,740.00. (Note: The appropriation of Php 500 Million under the 1st buyback program was fully expended on October 5, 2021. Under the resolution approved by the board on November 27, 2020, there shall be a continuation of the buyback program (2nd buyback program) with a similar appropriation of Php 500 million, good for one yeer, after the first Php 500-million appropriation is used up in the 1st buyback program.)
