Pryme N.V. - Notification of transaction by primary insider/close associate

This notification follows on to the notification made on 9 September 2022
relating to the purchase of shares by Circular Plastics Coöperatief U.A. and
Stichting Multistrat from OMNIS C.V. The mentioned transaction for the sale and
purchase of shares was completed 28 September 2022. OMNIS C.V., a close
associate of Mr. J.D. van der Endt, a member of the supervisory board of Pryme
N.V., has sold 1,300,000 shares, of which 650,000 shares have been sold to
Circular Plastics Coöperatief U.A., a close associate of Mr. J.W. Muller, a
member of the supervisory board of Pryme N.V., and 650,000 shares have been sold
to Stichting Multistrat, a close associate of Mr. B.R. van Vliet, a managing
director of Pryme N.V. The transaction price is Euro 0.575 per share. The
required filings are attached to this notice.
