PS Business Parks, Inc. (PSB) is a fully integrated, self-advised and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns, operates, acquires and develops commercial properties, primarily multi-tenant industrial, industrial-flex and low-rise suburban offices. The Company owns and operates 96 properties serve approximately 4,900 tenants in 27 million square feet of space. The Company also holds an interest in a joint venture entity which owns Highgate at The Mile, an approximately 395-unit multifamily apartment complex located in Tysons, Virginia, and an interest in a joint venture formed to develop Brentford at The Mile, an approximately 411-unit multifamily apartment complex also located in Tysons, Virginia. PSB's assets are held, and its business is conducted, through PS Business Parks, L.P. (the Operating Partnership).
