PSP Swiss Property AG Proposes Dividend for the Year 2018, Payable on 10 April 2019

For the business year 2018, the Board of Directors of PSP Swiss Property AG proposed an increase in the ordinary dividend payment to CHF 3.50 per share (previous year: CHF 3.40). In so far the General Meeting approves the proposed dividend payment, the payment date is presumably on 10 April 2019, ex-date on 8 April 2019.
