PT Bank Jago Tbk announced a private placement for 1,956,600,000 shares at an issue price of IDR 1,150 per share for gross proceeds of IDR 2,250,090,000,000 on December 18, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor PT Dompet Karya Anak Bangsa. Post closing of the transaction, stake of the investor in the company will increase from 4.14% to 22.16%.
