Archipelago Investment Pte., Ltd., acquired 8.07% stake in PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (JKSE:EMTK) from Eddy Kusnadi Sariatmadja for approximately IDR 2.5 trillion on December 29, 2014. According to the agreement, 455 million shares were acquired by Archipelago Investment for IDR 5490 per share. With the deal, Eddy Kusnadi Sariatmadja stake would be reduced to 8.97%.
